Welcome to Ready2Drive Japan (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting an order.
We provide official translations of foreign driver’s licenses for use in Japan. Our translations are accepted by Japanese police and licensing centers when the original license is issued in an approved country.
Our service is available only for licenses issued in countries approved under Japanese law (such as France, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Monaco, and Taiwan). We may reject any order that does not meet these requirements.
All payments are securely processed by Stripe. You agree to pay the full price displayed at checkout. We do not store your credit card information.
Typical delivery time is within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Files are delivered electronically via email. In rare cases, delays may occur due to incomplete documents or technical issues.
Refunds are granted only if the translation cannot be delivered or if it is rejected due to an error on our part. Requests must be made within 14 days of payment by contacting support@ready2drivejapan.com.
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page and applies immediately upon posting.
